Located 1.5 miles from Phase 1, LogistiCenterSM at 395 Phase 2 will be completed in three phases. The first phase, Building 1, is complete. Building 1 totals 722,512 square feet, 181,060 square feet of which remains available for lease.
 
The second phase will begin in Q3 2017, when construction will begin on Building 2, a 436,368-square-foot facility. The third and final phase will include an expansion of Building 2 to 900,000 SF or construction of a third building totaling 405,456 square feet.
 
LogistiCenterSM at 395's location provides immediate access to the U.S. Interstate Highway system and is within close proximity to a proven labor force of experienced workers in the warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and service industries.
