LogistiCenterSM at 395 Phase 2 - Reno Industrial Space for Lease

LogistiCenterSM at 395 is a multi-phase, master-planned industrial park totaling more than 2.8 million square feet. The property is conveniently located in the North Valleys submarket of Reno-Sparks. LogistiCenterSM at 395 Phase 2 is a 130-acre industrial park that will be home to more than 1.6 million square feet of industrial space. 
Construction began on Building 1 at LogistiCenterSM at 395 Phase 2 in December 2015. The facility will total 722,512 square feet and is expected to be complete in May 2016. Marmot, the outdoor clothing and adventure gear company, has pre-leased 270,000 square feet of the facility. Marmot and ExOfficio (Jarden Technical Apparel) is a subsidiary of Jarden Corporation, a Fortune 500 company that has more than 120 brands sold globally. The remaining 450,680 square feet are available for lease.

Located 1.5 miles from Phase 1, LogistiCenterSM at 395 Phase 2 will be completed in two to three phases. The second phase will accommodate two 400,000-square-foot buildings or a single 903,648-square-foot building, if a tenant requirement of that size is identified prior to development.
Located within the northern Nevada market, both phases of LogistiCenterSM at 395 offer excellent access to the entire western U.S. market with immediate access to the U.S. Interstate Highway system. Reno’s strategic location offers a diverse labor market and wide range of financial resources, in addition to its business-friendly environment and tax benefits.
